Hygenius High Loft Nonwovens are formed by multi-layer carding and air-through bonding of special fibers for utmost liquid handling in baby diapers, sanitary napkins and adult incontinence products. 3-D like structure formed by different layers, increases the acquisition and fluid distribution performances and act as a barrier for a dry, clean and healthy skin. The products are slitted and rewinded according to customer specifications either in pancake or spool form. Hygenius Nonwovens are also preferred as top sheet, textile edge and facings for back sheet, because of its softness properties. Hygenius ADL alternates in colour and basis weights from 20 gsm up to 250 gsm.
